Sorry againg for not blogging everyone. I've just been so busy with all I've been doing tthis summer. So I've created a new system: I'm going to write a litle bit a bout my trip and if anyone has any questions they can post there Q's right here on my blog. Then I'll try to write back as soon as I can. Thanks Everybody!!!!

O.k. My 2 favorite thgings on the trip were touring the Sydney Opera House and Snorkeling the Great Barrier Reef. The Opera House was fun because I learned about the architecture and I learned some interior design tips ;) Plus I know how many tiles are on the roof of the Opera House =D. I Absolutely LOVED the reef experience because I saw soo many fishies!!! <><   ;D. I Love the Great Barrier Reef. I've always wanted to go there and there I was. Any Questions??? Post 'Em!!!!

Travel Diary Day 3 (1st day on the ground)

                Sorry I haven’t been blogging, everybody. There is like no Wi-Fi anywhere in Aussie.  I have been so busy but I will use the next 2 weeks to write. So I’ll just start my travel diary right…NOW!
Travel Diary Day 1
Today we finished our 14 hour flight. It was the longest flight I’ve ever been on. The plane was cool though and I kept the blanket they gave me to sleep with.  When we got off, we met our delegation manager, Chloe (she is so cool). After that we took a tour of Sydney. Then we did a reenactment of the first settlement.  It was fun but sort of boring. And I was wearing my Toms and it was the rainiest day I’ve ever seen so they were totally almost ruined. Well anyway today was a good day. I liked getting off that plane. After that we went to the heritage museum and we saw this place called the odditorium. Chloe Told us to pick one thing from this place and I chose a cute little castle thing made out of Opal. Afterwards we went to the Olympic Pool and swam. The pools were a lot bigger than I expected and It had a water slide, a lazy river which sucked you in, and a big play ground like the one at wet and wild. Today was so much fun. I miss you all.

Kenzie's busy adventures!

Hi all,

We have been able to talk with Kenz a few very short times!  They are keeping them so busy-which is great!  I am hoping that she will get a chance to update her blog once they slow down a bit.  I'll update you on what we know.
#1-they arrived to Sydney safely...she said the plane was AWESOME and that there were phones on the plane that they could use to call other passengers and could text each other on them.  They all got to know each other this way!  She said it was so much fun that she never even opened her (VERY HEAVY) backpack that we had loaded with DS games, laptop, madlibs, books, etc!  BAD NEWS-she threw up twice on the plane.  But most of you know...that's just the way the Culver kids roll! LOL!
#2-Once they landed in Sydney, they headed to the Olympic center to go swimming and visited the Sydney Opera House!
#3-They flew out of Sydney yesterday and arrived safely to the Sunshine Coast! (They are staying on the Beach!)
That's all I have for now...her text just told me that she loves it and has so much to tell us!  I will pass on more as I know.  Keep praying for all of them!

Hey everyone! I am so excited about my trip to Australia.  I wanted to set up a blog so my family and friends could follow my adventures...especially since so many of you helped get me there!  I was trying to think of a good title for my blog and my mom said I should include our family verse...then it hit me, since I am literally "passing over waters" to get there...well, you get the point!

Isaiah 43:1-3a
But now, this is what the LORD says—
   he who created you, Jacob,
   he who formed you, Israel:
“Do not fear, for I have redeemed you;
   I have summoned you by name; you are mine.When you pass through the waters,
   I will be with you;
and when you pass through the rivers,
   they will not sweep over you.
When you walk through the fire,
   you will not be burned;
   the flames will not set you ablaze.
For I am the LORD your God,
   the Holy One of Israel, your Savior;

I'll tell you all my story about my family verse later (most of you already know it!)  A GRAND THANK YOU to these awesome peoples for helping ($ and/or prayers) get me to Austalia.  I hope you liked your "Ken Z's seasonals" jewelry! :)
